Leather shoes

i recently bought a lovely pair of leather pump style shoes.They are my size and fit nicely ..but the leather is so hard ! I have been rubbing Renapur into them with no effect . I have worn them once and got a blister for my trouble .What else can I do to soften them up ?

The sun is shining here but as usual it's blowing a gale and I have a stinking cold !
I feel like something the cat has brought in and refused to eat .

Otherwise it's the same old ...Shaney spent most of yesterday afternoon throwing up after he had munched away on some grass and I hadn't noticed him doing so. ... All I needed.

Met up with my fellow ABer this afternoon ....we had a lovely time and she was a lovely lady with a lovely family and a lovely dog ! A very well behaved labrador .They have rented a holiday cottage in the area and in spite of the weather have fallen in love with Norfolk .
Bit nervy ..me.. about meeting up with a strange person ...but we hit it off straight away and gassed away for liberty bodices and England !!.
