Oh that's sad about Bernie Nolan.Only young really .
It's turned very warm and muggy here now .
Never mind though ,Christmas is on the way .I went in the Card Factory earlier and they've got calendars and diaries for 2014 on sale and also boxes of Christmas cards !
I always had a good posture and a straight back Neti, but it has gone to pot. My mother always told me to walk tall (because I was tall). Unfortunatately, hypermobility has a lot to answer for.ery sad about Bernie Nolan.

And did someone mention Christmaas - ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I see I have a touch of the Neti's ^
Have just finished watching Ashes to Ashes, well weird, but shall miss my daily dose of the Gene Genie.

Mr N is home so I had better go into the front room, where he is snoring anyway!

Christmas, ohh luvverly!!
Yes Lottie we have to tell hija to stand tall, but her friends are all so much shorter than she, especially the ibicenco ones who are notoriously short. In photos she has to bend her knees to get in the piccy!!
I was considered very tall at 5'9 and a bit inches Neti. Nowadays I feel towered over by lots of young ladies. I have shrunk to 5'6 and a bit and I feel really cross about it, and I have developed a humped back - I hate myself!!
I am about 5'5" and I haven't shrunk any yet, although Mr N is shrinking fast and so is my older sister. Defo not shrinking girthwise!! Hija and middle sister are about 5'9".
Evening Biddyfriends. I'm sorry to hear about your aches and pains today and I feel a bit bad telling you I've actually managed a long walk with my friend. It's the first one I've managed to do since my nether regions problem started. I was a bit nervous but there were plenty of bushes I could dive behind if needed but luckily I didn't have to. We walked 6 miles from a village called Breaston to another one called Shardlow across fields. We got ambushed by a horse in a metre wide footpath so we decided to climb throught the barbed wire fencing into a field walked past the horse and back onto the footpath. apparently it had wandered out of it's field on to the footpath and was feeding away happily. We had a lovely lunch and then bussed back home.
I do really hope you all feel better soon. I'll see you in a bit as it's Skype time!!
Hi jude, I love your adventures, and am extremely jealous, I want adventures!
Hi Neti. It did feel like an adventure today :) You'll have to come over and I'll take you with me!

Talking about Skype. In the last few days my microphone on my lap top has stopped working and today I left it at the local Computer shop for them to look at and while I was out they rang me and said a new one put into my lap top would be about £40 but they could sell me a plug in one for £3.99. Guess which I had...and it work's perfectly as I've just been giving it a whirl.

Well that's about it for now. Have to do some cleaning up. My floors haven't seen the Dyson for a week because of the tennis and it's semis and finals coming up and they wont get done while the're on will they!

Have a good night all and I hope you feel ok tomorrow.
Jude it sounds like you had a lovely day. Neti, you have more adventures than the rest of us put together. I have laid around the house today, made some paper clay roses, pics to follow, and went and had coffee and a huge laugh with my friend down the road and her son, who was my DH's godson and who I have inherited.
I haven't had an adventrure for years or so it seems, am getting slightly fed up with staying in, and have had a word with Mr N about it, not that there is anywhere here that I want to go to. Feel a bit better now, I wonder if that hayfever tablet made me feel tired today. I had a perfect opportunity to do the pile of ironing, but couldn't face it. Eye is OK atm, but flares up on and off. It is red and swollen and looks like I'm getting a shiner, but my life isn't even that exciting right now!

Think I'll watch Luther now.
Antihistamines, even the non drowsy ones knock me on my bum, if I need to take them I take a long acting one at night, that way the worst of the drowsiness is gone by the next day. I find them depressing too....
I am going through a no adventures phase as well. My friend went to see Robbie Williams on Sunday, my mate who does my ironing is going to see The Who this weekend, and I am tied with the dogs. I love them, they are my family but they do put a cork in the adventures. My sis has said that any time i want to go out for a day or an evening she will come and dog sit but I don't know where I'd go.

okay whinge over. Normal service resuming in 3...2...1..... and we're back!
Oight oight all, it's very hot and sticky here
Just had a nude midnight swim as too hot, now watching Luther on laptop in front room. Eye is itching inside like mad.

Miss the gene genie. :-(
Morning all
And it's a very hot one .Hope you are all Ok .
Luther was good Neti .He's soooo dishy .
Good morning, I know why i was so miz last might. I had M and S hamburgers for tea and they did NOT agree with me. Neti, take that eye to the doctor! I have started to video Luther, fo some reason I missed the first series.
Morning all.

will go to chemist first to get some eye drops, and now I have a spot on my deviated septum, what a mess, one eye and a spot!!!

Hope Robi is feeling better today.

Oh woofy, I cannot abide hamburgers, yuk. But I am surprised at M&S, they are usualy so good.

Luther was ok but after the Gene Genie, nothing compares.....

Is the red haired girl coming back into it, I like her?

Things to do, places to rush to, see you laters>>>>>>

Good morning from a very warm and sunny North Norfolk. It would be a lovely day if the camera job wasn't looming tomorrow.

Neti, forget the chemist - get yourself to the Medical Centre. You could well have a nasty infection, especially as you now have a nasty thingy on your nose. Eyes, nose and ears are all connected. Don't waste time trying to treat it yourself.

Woofy hope you feel better today.

Am out for lunch or may be staying here in the garden and friend coming round for lunch. Am busy now being a dog carer for 4 dogs next door and one in town! I shall start charging. But rather dogs that child minding!!
