Grass Cutting
12 Answers
Don't know about anyone else but my grass is growing like crazy, this year!.
My theory is, that much of the rain fell during thunder storms and therefore was rich in nitrogen, making the grass grow lush and emerald green.
I've had to raise the cutter blades up a couple of notches, just to get through it!.
To be honest I'm looking forward to a touch of frost, to keep it in check.

I fear a repeat of last year:-
Last cut = Fri 16/12.
Sent mower in for service = Mon 18/12.
Go on holiday = Wed 20/12.
Return from holiday = Fri 06/01
Grass grown approx 4 inches and mower not returned until end of following week.
Result; I was furious - especially since the green waste bin collections had been suspended from beginning of December until Mid February!!
