How to get questions replied?

I've posted a question here and submitted. Each time i clicked submit, this question box always ask me to click on the welcome e-mail link. Where do i click anyway?

when you registered you entered a valid email account. A welcome mail was sent to it, you need to click the link in the email to fully open your account

I have also had the same email even though I have had the account open and in regular use!! as have many others on here.
