I am going for a trial on Wednesday and I'm on leave from my current job as I had leave to take and haven't had time off since I started. Do I tell them also I got my theory next Monday

How else do you plan to get time off for your driving theory test. Can you change your test date?

Yes.

Do you mean tell HB, the current care home or the one you're going to for a trial?

New no I've changed enough times

If they want you to start work on Monday or before of course you have to tell them.  Why wouldn't you?  They'll understand if you've got a pre-arranged appointment.

Your trial is Wednesday is it just the one day. Who do you want to tell you have theory test Monday

I think she's thinking they might want her to start work before Monday - or on Monday.

If all goes well can start 20th

You have had time off! You don't work 7 days a week 8 hours a day

If you're not starting until the 20th you don't need to tell them you're doing something next Monday.  It doesn't affect them or the job.

By, "next Monday" do you mean the 20th or do you mean the 13th?

NAOMI, the 20th is next Monday to me with the 13th being this Monday.

abbey, you say:

I'm on leave from my current job as I had leave to take and haven't had time off since I started.

Do you mean you're on leave from HB? I thought that was unpaid leave- you've only been there a few weeks.

If your theory test is on 20th tell the care home where your trial is that you can't start until the following day or week.

Corby, today is the 6th.  Next Monday is the 13th.

abbey, if your test is going to affect a work day tell your employers.  If it isn't, don't bother.  It's not difficult.

NAOMI, this from Dictionaries of the Scots Language

"NEXT

...

Sc. usages:

1. With days of the week or months of the year: the next but one, the one succeeding the first to come, gen. contrasted with First, q.v., or this — (comin), e.g. a speaker on Monday, 10 August 1964, will say Friday first to indicate 14 August and Friday next to indicate 21st August, or this October (comin) for October, 1964 and next October for October, 1965. Gen.Sc. The St. Eng. usage is however also in gen. currency and only the context will sometimes determine the exact meaning."

My theroy is 13th so if all goes well will be starting 20th

Why do you need to tell them about the theory, unless you think learning to drive might encourage them to take you on?
