I've sent the care home an email asking if I can change my days as my new job days were only available Monday yo Wednesday. What do I do they haven't replied to my email.

You'll need to work hard to make sure you impress them in your new job to make sure they don't fail your probation or reduce your hours, and also try harder to be flexible and avoid issues with your supervisor- and be lucky to find you enjoy working with your colleagues and managers. With all that you might just make more of a success of it than in your last few roles

I don't like the fact that the supervisor was told to take a client's laptop. Surely that is wrong , unless I have misunderstood

Was the laptop removed from the house? If so, tnat is stealing. If a client is that far behind in their payments, they should first be given a warning, and then, if no payments are made, discontinue the cleaning of their property

Not sure what they'll say but last time they said let me know if I'm finishing before I said I'm happy to continue working Fridays and explained this job offers full days shifts.

Let's hope they give you work tomorrow and discuss options for extra hours. Hopefully they won't send you home saying you effectively resigned by not turning up on the first 2 shifts this week.
