a friend of mine has to go to court because someone says they keyed a car, they dont have any proof of seeing them do it only the scartch on the car, IF they are found guilty what might the result be anyone know? many thanks

to me that is one of the most nastiest things someone could do to a car,he should be made to pay for all the damage he has caused,but i doubt whether he will be made to,i expect he will be fined and asked to pay some restitution.

norman before you go shouting your mouth off wouldnt it have been better if you knew if the person had done it or not instead of finding them guilty??? as it happens the person didnt do it and was found not guiltyt and it was proven that the person acccusing them was in fact lying

Drug dealers dont get nicked by where I live so I just find it amazing that the Police would let a case get to court via hearsay.
