Fake Prince Andrew Photo
129 Answers
Could it be true that the photo of Prince Andrew with the young lady (forget her name) could be fake. Since I heard about it I studied the photo and his left hand around her waist looks a bit iffy in terms of indenting and creasing. What do you think?

A good friend who is very hot on photography has said since it was first published that it was a fake, he actually copied it and then put lots of different people into it. Prince Andrew's defence never challenged it because he would have had to give evidence, there are so many people who have used the photo to make a lot of money.

Since denial of the meeting of the two parties, which PA claimed, would have gone all the way to her case being dismissed, it would have been in his defence's interest to prove fakery, and if it could be proven, they would have done it.
They would have had the best most reputable photography bods lined up in court with irrefutable truth that the shot was a fake.
The fact that they did not suggests that proof was not available.

///Not being a family man myself but guessing that many responsible and caring parents have difficulties with their teenage sons and daughters?//
Yes, I was unfortunately the parent of a 'Wild Child', out walking the street after parties dressed as a schoolgirl. That sort of thing. And no she wasnt allowed out like that, she climbed out of the window.
But surely this was a bit more, she would have been away for days so I would certainly have asked questions about that, even at 17.

More conspiracy theory cobras of course it's not a fake or they'd have blown the case out of the water with it. Metadata is nothing to do with the photo being fake or not. All you have to do is look at the bit patterns to see if it's been photo shopped etc. There's a 100 fake photo detector apps that would show it up in seconds. As AH says, do you not think his legal team would have employed experts?
If it was a photo of a photo, then the original’s metadata will be lost. The metadata is worthless anyway, doesn’t prove anything either way.
No one has ever offered any proof that it is faked, so we can assume it is genuine. Andrew originally claimed he had never met her, then changed his story when the photo was made public.

// She was not dragged into this, she willing participated.//
She was a young runaway girl. Impressionable and lured by $$$.
Look around you. We have 17 year olds in Britain willing to risk decades of losing their liberty for a bit of bling.
Do not under estimate the power of 'grooming'. Coupled with the promises of riches and other trappings, then consequently you have exploitation of a young person on a major scale.
Worse still, it leads a way for people to become a voice of influence in circles we'd rather not have them!
