Mr N has mentioned that we may go away for our 40th wedding anniversary, I think he means together, so am looking at hotels and flights to Barca. I love Barca but he may think of Madrid or elsewhere but I don't want to go elsewhere!

Thoroughly miz day, I've been listening to music and browsing online. I was very good and put things in the charity bag so there's a coat sized space in the wardrobe now. Then again I might just buy some new scarves and gloves to go with the ones I've got.

Hi All. Drove up the A50 andA38 to Rolleston on Dove today for lunch with a friend who was my next door neighbour many moons ago when our children were toddlers. It rained all the way there and back. There were that many lorries. I love my old Ford Focus. In fact I'm having the paint work look at on Monday by the husband of another friend who I used to work with. It's his job so his name will be going on my Men that Do list.
Robi I left a bag of stuff for the Air Ambulance man today with an umbrella for the garden which I never use and has been in the shed for years and he actually took it. I was surprised. Anyway if someone has is for a £1 it all helps doesn't it. Going to watch the football programme at 9 on 1 so have a good night all. See ya tomorrer!!

Morning... same old weather, mild, dark and wet. If Accu are accu it's going to be reasonable temperatures for the whole of November. I don't think we'll make 18 degrees though.

Jude, the Air Ambulance is the only one I leave things out for now. Apart from being an excellent charity they take anything.

Hmmm Jno's pic is so funny its vanished! We had blooming fireworks here last night then wild and windy weather. Shughy was in one of his moods where the weather is less scary if the garden door is open. I think it must be something to do with the air pressure. Anyway we finally settled around 4am so I can't see today being very full of fun and adventure. Heigh ho its warm and dry and the beds are comfy.
Hope you are not getting wet at the funeral Shaney.
