Morning fish faces :o)...waiting for my washer to rumba round (I don't trust anything) and for my dizzy pill to work, feel like crip again today. reading Jude's posts makes me dizzy :) It wouldn't take much for my back to seize up either, it's very dodgy.
Speaking of crip something's just this minute done a massive one on my window, must have been one of Vinny's shitehawks moving inland, it looks like they've got the bad weather again.

erm, I don't know about the headgear Lottie, have you bought it? (I can't win here, lol, but I'll be honest and say I wouldn't wear it.)
good morning all, we have a bit of sun here but its chilly. We actually got a walk this morning and didn't float away...good thing to as the weather is coming back this afternoon. Hopefully I will make the hairdressers okay but not if its thundery.
not wearing the Full Beatrice then, Lottie?

Didn't get to sleep till 4am, I think my mind was whirring round and round trying to find ways to keep up with Jude, but I dropped off eventually and now I have dropped on again. It's sunny.

No it isn't.

Yes it is.

No it isn't.

Bah, talk about changeable. Well, I hope everyone is taking their pills and feeling better.
Ha, ha Robi, I was joking about the headgear!!!

No way would I wear a hat to a wedding, let alone that contraption.

It is the same colour as the top I am wearing!!
It's absolutely lovely here today and just been for a walk for an hour or so with my neighbour and Meggie Dog. Really lovely and warm too. The farm machinery has all sprung into action at the farm down the road.
looks like rain is on its way, but Norfolk should be safe

hello all, absolutely fed up, Mr N kicked of big time re hija and work! and I of course got the full blast, am sick of them all!

Bah humbug, Think I may go to England fort another wee holiday!
Oh dear Neti. Don't know what to suggest. Perhaps Hija should have stayed in her apartment?

Poor yourself a glass of wine and then go out for a walk. Don't sit and brood, get rid of the frustration and anger by walking by the sea.
oh dear neti, it'll sort itself out, she'll find somehing...either that or you'll have to arrange a marriage for her.

I did think it would be out of character for you to wear it Lottie but people do daft things for weddings. Actually I might buy it myself & leave it where tarquin can see it. I'll tell him it's in case he ever decides to go for it...that should be enough to make him see sense :)

Still nice & sunny here, washing's dry.

hello all
Beautiful day here .I was up with the lark and pegged out my sparkling white sheets ....just as I was going out to town I glanced out of the window and a seagull has crappt all over them .So back they went in the machine .
Off I go to town which is full of emmets and old duffers roaming around ...one of whom tried to engage me in conversation at the bus stop ....sigh ..anyway home I come with me eggs and bread etc .....
We get stuck behind a funeral cortege .Then the bus hits a car in the High St and takes the wing mirror off .Our High St was never designed for the amount of traffic that passes through it these days .
You never see a policeman do you ? But one just happened to be right on the spot .I got off in the end and trudged up the bloody hill .....to find that Mr S has pegged me sheets outs ....bless... I think he stood back and chucked them at the line .I hope you are all having a nice day ..hahaa...
Still nice here Robi, but a bit more cloud about. Mr LL is still on the roof!!
Neti, do you find that you and Mr Neti get on better when there are two of you in the house? Sometimes having an adult child still living with you can set up problems. Might there be a bit of jealousy about Hija and you having such a close relationship. Silly, but he could feel left out and perhaps think he is seen as the big bad wolf of the family.

Aunti Lottie's problem page (and I am probably wrong).
'just the two of you in the house'.
Blimey we all turned up together................... afternoon Shaney - good old Mr S. You have just reminded me I haven't hung me washing out. Mr LL, still being on the roof, hasn't done his usual pegging out duties. Actually pegging out washing really hurts my back. I can't do sheets or duvet covers!!
Oh yes lottie,, you are definitely right, he says I always take her side, I am only trying to keep the peace and he kicks off so easily. I just say don't lose your rag, discuss it calmly, that's sets him off. he slept in lounge, do I care? not one iota. He says that I always know and never tell him, well not always but as I point out, he gets so nasty why would we tell him things. In this case I did not knoW!

That's not very nice for you Neti ..I don't know how I would handle it really or what advice to give you .I had one adult child at home for quite a while but we all get on alright and of course he's always had a job .That's not to say there were no disagreements ,there were, but mostly over trivial things like food and bathroom hogging :)
I think boys are easier to handle in some respects .
Well I didn't get to the hairdressers, The weather started about 1,30 and Shughy came and sat on my lap and shook so i phoned the hairdresser and moved my appointment to next thursday. The owner answered the phone, she is lovely, wouldn't charge a cancellation fee even though it was such short notice. Its very still and black here I gave the dogs herbal tranquiliser and they are both asleep.
Yesterday was very difficult. The thunder rolled around and around and Shughy just got worse and worse, harder to hold and more and more scared. he had nightmares all night poor soul. Today we have had a very little and far away but enough to upset him again.
Poor old Neti, its all snakes and ladders for you isn't it?

lol Lottie I thought that hat might have been an example of "shopping after alcohol"
Just take care Neti. I know how you feel. My son is an only child too and I was inclined to put him first because we were always very close as he grew up - closer than he was with Mr LL. I think, if I am truthful, that I probably thought more about his needs even when he reached adult hood, then I did Mr LL. It was hard to let him go and not be the most important person in his life - although he did go away to school at 11 which was a dreadful wrench for me - not him.

I tended to be a bit soft with my son, I am a Mum after all, but Mr LL was more realistic than me and told him how it was on many occasions - looking back Mr LL was right!

Mr N like Mr LL seems to be a man who keeps his emotions under cover but can explode when he is very upset.

Try to see it from his point of view - very difficult I know.

At the end of the day Mr Neti will be the one who is there for you. Sons and daughters grow away and make lives of their own.

Here endeth the first lesson.

Again, I might be totally wrong!!!
I got the Mr LL and Mr N the wrong way round!!

Mr LL is still on the garage roof and I am keeping out the way except for supplying cups of tea. I daren't make any comments or ask any questions for fear of reprisals!!!!
Spot on Lottie, but any cups of tea will not be drunk, will be over his head. And I moan when I have two boring days...........
