Women and respect for CD's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just returned from a friends house and I tell ye, I am horrified. Literally horrified.

Although CD's are not in the grand scheme of things expensive, they deserve respect and meticulous categorising.

Why is it then that women treat them like objects of disregard. I collected some of mine THE WOMAN borrowed and was mortified that the CD's had been left out of the jewell case, plonked on top of a dusty shelf fingered and man-handled.

Her husband apologised on her behalf and stressed he has had a go at her before re this.

A man would never do this to his beloved CD collection.

Why are women so disrespectful towards CD's?

And why can't they throw, without looking like a mong?

CDs ive borrowed will always be looked after.
My own seem to run away for some reason. Ive got 3 CDs cases in the car at the mo that have the wrong CD in, no sign of their own boxes. I also have about 8 cases that are empty.

I think that the record companies should offer free refills :)

men do it too joe, I know of several who not only treat music cd's badly but also software cd's.

But even a mongy mans throw (mong means an idiot by the way, as per any decent dictionary) is better than a decent woman's throw. Except Fattima Whitbreds and Tessa Saunderson's. But then again, those two heffas were near enough men, all but the dangly bits.

i thought the whole point about cd's were that they were supposed to be indestructible? i.e. you could use them as a coaster, spread jam on them then listen to a little light jazz on the afterwards?

I have the best cd collection of anyone I know. They are an expensive habit for me. I respect my things and other peoples things because that is the way I have been brought up.

However, I would much prefer someone to show compassion to a person than an inanimate object. Maybe she thought you whad been disrespectful to her so she treated your cds like crap!

Mini-discs were predicted to take over?? Do you know anybody with a mini-disk player?

MP3's have been around longer than people think, over 10 years I think.

I have never downloaded music apart from some unofficial bootleg stuff unavailable elsewhere.

I, for one, enjoy having a CD booklet, especially with lyrics inside, and something to physically "own".

Well, i am horrified to say i do treat my c.d s quite disrespectfully but in my defense if im allowed one i do copy them so i have extra s just in case i ****** them up,(which is quite often) !
And i can throw too, not very far admittadly but i can throw with out looking like too much of a ' mong '!
