Isn't Boris right when he says the general public don't give a toss about how it's re-furbished?
Isn't this the MSM (& Starmer) trying to make something out of nothing?
To return to my original point - as Boris is only a temporary resident in No 10, why spend shed-loads of dosh on it, never mind where the money actually came from?
OK No 11. He could be out pretty soon if many of his own party lean on him hard enough. And then there's the little matter of the Public Inquiry re the Covid pandemic out of which he will emerge with his tail between his legs and any credibility in tatters.
i spent an inordinate amount on my flat, professional decorators did most of the work, i chose the colours, and obviously some nice furniture. The fact remains that one has to live, socialise in that flat, and he will want to do that presumably, previous PM's have done their makeovers, why all of a sudden do they pick up on what Boris has done with it. Because the knives are out and won't be going back anytime soon.
