18:11, what was the reason for that? Could it be TROB hand wringers stopping planes taking off for example? Money grubbing Yuman writes lawyers? etc? No idea why under Labour it seems to be easier to remove them but it's the same agencies trying to deal with it.
//Does that number reflect on the number of E/U legal immigrant workers who fled the UK because of Brexit .//

No. If for no other reason no EU legal immigrant workers "fled" the UK. Some chose to leave (though not many). None of them were forced to flee.
Pulling Gully on the distinction between legal and illegal immigrants, misses the point that legal immigration is going UP, not DOWN.

2020:
313,000 total UK immigrants.

2019:
271,000 total UK immigrants.

2018:
232,000 total UK immigrants.

You must have missed the bit when I told you the UK Borders Agency was scrapped by the Government in 2013 and replaced with the UK Border Force.
In 2013 we were promised improvements from the new agency. We never got any improvement. On every measure they have failed miserably.

EU workers in the UK returned to their countries of origin because of Covid, not Brexit.
The Government’s post Brexit new rules make it a lot harder for them to come back to the UK.
//Mozz @16.41....... Will you kindly adhere to Site Rules.....

I'm sorry Gulliver1, I will be sure to remember that in future.

Add to the Boat loads coming over the Channel the 20.000 Afghans who have also arrived that should soon fill those job vacancies.

The Government can pass as many anti-refugee laws as they like it will not stop them coming . They hear and watch the news in their own countries and see the lavish life Boris and his Cronys are leading , then they get the impression that the streets of London are paved with Gold... Then they want a piece of it...
To say ‘coming in’ concludes you live here or it would have been ‘getting in’ Gulliver?
If it looks attractive how come you chose to leave gulliver1?

If they had applied for "settled status" before the pandemic took hold (which they could and should have done) there would have been no problem with them visiting their home country and returning to the UK. There was no need for them to leave the UK "because of Covid". In the early days of the pandemic many countries in mainland Europe - especially Italy - were in a worse position than the UK. Any EU citizens that left the UK, whether because of Brexit or Covid, had no need to do so and they they left (they did not "flee") out of choice.

It seems the UK (Priti Patel )has given £700.000 to a
..."Migration behaviour change Organisation" in their own country . but she can not find out how it has been spent so far ? Maybe they have bought a load of rubber boats. just saying.
Well done gulliver1 on getting 70 plus teplys to the same illogical question you asked dozen'sof times before. There s a real issue with illegal immigration. .. but it ain't to do with brext and never were. Just am excuse to raise brext again....and again.... and again
Gulliver: "The Government can pass as many anti-refugee laws as they like it will not stop them coming" - wow I actully agree with that, Boris suggested the answer a few weeks ago, here is the answer:
"Any illegal landing here from France is immediately shipped back" - simples. If the French agree then within a few days.....
1) No one will bother
2) Any in France will realise there is no point and go somewhere else
3) The people traffickers will not get paid
4) Problem 100% guaranteed solved for us both.
win win win Boris' suggestion. French Hissy fit because they read it on Twitter
//If it looks attractive how come you chose to leave gulliver1?//

That's one of the reasons it looks more attractive.
