Albanian Migrants
All migrants whether legal or illegal will eventually have to be housed and later when they have imported their bride there will be family members coming and overstaying.
We are unable to build housing to meet the needs of British citizens and now have the constant flow of extra people to accommodate. Already there is talk of 'reviewing' the Green Belt. So much for England's Green & pleasant Land

//Paigntonian. Your Indian friends are absolutely right. Objecting to foreign free-loaders coming here and being accommodated isn't racism.//
You are a silly billy, Naomi. Dave's mate was, doubtless, a white chappy, bit of a racist.
The Indians walked past the pub and Dave's friend hilariously or disgustingly mistook them for Asylum Seekers.
(I think, anyway)

naomi: //TTT, //if they agree they'd not even be in France in the first place.//
How do you work that out? They want to be in Europe - preferably in the UK - but if they can't come here they'll still come to Europe. They're not going to stop coming. // - When they start getting sent straight back they'll stop crossing and stop paying to be sent across. Soon after that they'll realise that they wont get to UK from France, they'll not even bother going to France. The one already there will leave France. That suits both France and UK. Ok so they may try from Holland or Belgium. We then do the same deal with them, sorted.

//repeat the same mistakes over and over again //
Of course we should applaud Labour on their immigration record (1997 - 2009), since they made no mistakes. For it was impossible for them to make any mistakes!
When the Blair govt chose to lift all restrictions to migrants here in the UK, this resulted in all measures being lifted overnight. What a boon that was for border control enforcement agencies. No targets to judge them by. With the backing of a complicit Labour govt, standards no longer mattered. Blair was to wallow in a pool of unaccountability. His relaxed (non existant) rules on immigration meant there was nothing to gauge the performance of any one single agency. Let alone that of his govt. Abysmal, deceitful even those words go nowhere near far enough in describing the underhanded dealings of Blair's Labour over immigration during his tenure.

naomi: "TTT, you're dreaming. They won't stop coming to Europe. There are millions settled in other European countries who aren't trying to get to the UK. The fundamental aim is to get to Europe - and, regardless of where they end up, that will not stop." - I just want to stop them coming to the UK I don't care about Europe. My plan achieves that.
naomi; "Why on earth do you think they'd leave France if they can't get here?" - because their aim is to get to UK if that is not possible they'll leave France to try and find another way, Holland Belgium, Spain? who cares we'll do the same deal with them, then they are not getting to the UK that's the aim.
"They want to be in Europe. They're not going anywhere. " - I'm happy for them to be in Europe, my plan is to solve the UK problem.

TTT, So you think they're all going to leave France in order to find another route to the UK - thereby curing France's problem too? I think you're dreaming - not least because France has plenty who arrive there and make no effort to leave.
Bob, //EU either has to do a lot more to stop them coming in or is as to accept them//
You’re right - but bleeding hearts and playing happy families with Schengen gets in the way.
