It’s one thing mouthing off about how awful your defence ministry is, but telling the truth about Donetsk, and slaying the myth swallowed by so many even in the west about Ukraine attacking civilians there since 2014?
And now on his Telegram channel tonight he’s claiming that his camp was hit by a missile from the direction of Russia, with “many dead”.
Pondering how to react.
Great news?

//certainly if it gets anything like the last russian civil war they will use chemical weapons//
Please enlighten me. Were chemical weapons used in the last Russian civil war.? I know Maxim machine guns were used by most belligerents in the 1st W.W. not excluding Russia. What other WMDs were used in the Revolution?
The mask-breaker gas was designed to penetrate the mask and make the wearer tear off his mask, to inhale the lethal gas waiting outside for him

'A Kremlin spokesman has denied reports that Vladimir Putin has fled Moscow by plane.
One of several planes that Putin uses for official visits took off from Moscow at 2.15 pm local time, according to Flight Radar, which tracks aircraft in real-time.
Less than half an hour later, it went off radar about 150 kilometres from Mr Putin’s official residence.
“Putin is working at the Kremlin,” his spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the Tass news agency............' D.Telegraph just now.
//As far away as Nizhny Novgorod, 300 miles east of Moscow, word of the balls being shut down was making waves. “My friends in Moscow say that the graduation balls have been cancelled this weekend,” said Krasnova. “This really is a huge crisis that nobody could have expected.”//
“
Have Ukraine been supplied with enough stingers albeit they are getting on in life Ichekaria ?”
They don’t have enough of anything. Not if they want to plough through the Russia defences quickly.
So instead they are being smart: going for attacks on logistics: probing, drawing Russian forces in and attacking them. And perhaps waiting for it all to crumble. It’s not just about bravery but intelligence, initiative and resourcefulness - and on all those counts Ukraine outscores Russia massively
Putin seems to sense that his days may be numbered. His justification for the war has been shown to be nonsense, and the defection of the units that were doing the hardest fighting puts victory definitively beyond his reach.
A tyrant can get away with many things. He can murder opponents, impoverish his people, isolate his country. But he cannot get away with losing a war, it's the Galtieri Principle: a strongman who turns out to be weak has failed in his own terms.
