The winner of the Egg decorating competition was alexanderd, for a wonderfully eggy tableaux of The Battle of Trafalgar (the hamper can be collected when you are ready)

Tonights raffle prizes include:
3 Bingo dabbers
A Paisley headscarf
A tube of Deep Heat
A fridge magbet of Blackpool Tower

Tonights talk and demonstration will be on the wonderful homecraft of Rag Rug making. This will be given by Miss Dolores Mattinson (spinster of this parish)

Dinks and nibbles are as usual on the buffet sideboard in the lower greater lesser dining hall.

i have donned my favourite beige twin set but instead of the two strand pearls have decided on the plastic turquoise popper beads. i could really do with the paisley headscalf as it would match the flannel dirndle skirt (grey and orange check) i am also wearing so i hope i win it. think i'll plump for the silver strappy sandals to complete my outfit.........see you all soon!
