KM Links Game - August week 3 results

Good morning all, from a wet and windy South Oz - what a contrast to yesterday when glorious sunshine reminded us that Spring is not too far away, and then it goes and forgets itself completely and look what we've got now !!! And on top of all that, we've followed the 'mother country's' lead and we've a hung parliament to cope with - I can see it getting very messy before it all gets better and I'm not just talking about the weather !!!

Right - what did Kate have up her sleeve for us after Saturday's challenge ??? Two givens, one so-so and one from left field, but all were matched, with a couple of spectacular results !!

While Rare Earth and Welsh Dresser fell immediately play had been in progress for quite some minutes when kettledrum ventured out with Roller Blind- FF status shot to pieces there - and some time elapsed before HandBagLady lobbed in with Soldier Beetle and not only that, picked up 6 points for 3 correct matches. She was joined by Muzz and cpfcrosiel also with 6 points for 3 correct so there's a few movers and shakers when we come to the Leader Board for this week.

16 entrants added 3 points to their score and a further 32 added a point to their tallies, so lots of points again this week - nearly 100 points in all, so Congratulations all round !!!

Next Saturday is the last for this month so best foot forward, everyone and thinking caps on as well. In the meantime, have a good week and we'll reconvene then, same time, same place and I'll look forward to seeing you then ...... cheers, S

Oh dear - I'm getting too old for this game - Profound apologies to you Chiefpanda, I find on checking further that you're quite correct, 3 points from last week and the same this week giving you a total of 6 All will be amended on the Board next week.
