In this discussion of G/god the focus on holy books seems to be the Old Testament, what about the holy books of other religions? The Koran, the Vedas, etc. Are they fictions too?
I suppose my question is really: if people believe in a G/god (or gods), is that entity (or those entities) the same for the different religions and belief systems, or does each religion have its own G/god or gods?
drmorgans, there are millions of Gods (allegedly) - over 30 million in Hinduism alone. Creator Gods like Theland’s are fewer - but still amounting to a very considerable number. A list here:
