Since Naomi will not give me the ****ing key I have decided to follow Jesus and be a Christian just like Theland. I am ashamed of my past history here so I'm going to devote the time I used to spend on ab to reading the Bible. No question really because I no longer care about what people think. I'll get all my answers from God from now on thank you.

Well look at you coming out your shyness hidey hole there Mibs... I'm very proud of you!

My hair is crappy at the moment Naomi as it's too long and the colour needs doing which my sisters hairdresser has been promising to do for two months but hasshe done it.... has she b*****! (I'm a tad cross about it, does it show). Since being tattooed I've also been told no more waxing, now I have to get my eyebrows threaded... I don't even know what that is but I think I saw a lady getting it done in debenhams last week and it looked cruel and unusual. Basically at the moment I look like somethikng the cat dragged in.

Blokey has been struck off for time wasting, (read I'm very impatient and got bored waiting</'i>). We had a new doctor start on my team who's sort of sweet but I believe has a girlfriend in Wales which is a shame (well not for him I guess!). However most of the team went out for dinner on Wednesday for a birthday celebration and now welsh doc and a consultant have had me bringing half my horror DVDs!

I'm getting my tattoo today!

I wrote to the editor the other day about the levels CB has chatted to, don't think it'll do much good though.
Whoops, too many itallics!

Oh, I'd better go check my sports bank!

China, I made it to the top of both stacks!

May I retire now?
Question Author
Oh, almost forgot . . . and thanks for the strategy tips!
China, shame about the bloke - but plenty more fish and all that - and doctors are handy people to have around. ;o)

Eyebrow weaving. Yes, I've heard of that, but I don't know anything about it. Sounds a bit fussy to me. I'm not sure I could be bothered. Are you going for it?

Soooo ............ the tattoo. Tell us about the tattoo. What is it - where is it - how big is it - and .......... was it painful?

And ............... turn away this instant, mibs. ( Is he really shy, China? He doesn't come across as shy at all.)

Got to go to bed. Night everyone. x
Mibs - I'm sort of pleased at your score but sort of want to hit you too... I've still not made it to the millions yet, curse my damn lousy attention span!

Yes, I'll get my eyebrows weaved if that's what I'm told to do, I'm quite good like that. The hair dresser finally showed up too so I officially look slightly less like a bag lady.

The tattoo is the same design I put up here but I made the flowers dark red, it's pretty big and runs length ways up my back from under my bra strap to the top of my bottom. I was very brave and didn't cry and as to hurting... well it certainly wasn't a mere tickle! It's a little bit bruised and sore but perfectly bearable.

Is Mibs shy? Based on what Mibs has disclosed on these pages I guess he must be a little, he has made reference to me being able to coax him out of his hidey hole somewhere on this thread, plus he's got quite a self depreciatinghumour in his answers on here at times, if he was a character in a novel, I think the author would be implying he's unsure of himself at times, hence shy.

Thus ends my psychology class 101 for the night! ;0)
Odd. From his confident opinons and competent style of writing, I'd imagined him to be very self-assured. Sorry, mibs.

I wonder if any of us are as the others imagine? What say you all?
Gosh, China. BIG tattoo. I think you're incredibly brave!! (Let me know how the eyebrow weaving goes. Fascinating stuff).

Where's Theland?

And Luna?

Helloooo ............... anybody there?
Confident in what he knows (or thinks he knows ;-D ) definitely - He's bright as hell on anything scientific, techy or mathematics, forthright in his opinions on society/religion/philosophy. However, by his own admission on here somewhere (god knows where) he has made it known that he fears being misunderstood, that he is shy and that rejection scares him (and everyone else on the planet).

I obviously have no idea how accurate that actually is but it's what I've concluded from what has been written on here. You wanna know what I concluded about you? ;0) Kidding!! But are any of us how we imagine them to be? Perhaps. Somewhere between the actual posts and the line between the posts is the truth no doubt, we all have many faces we show the world, even on here.
And as to brave... I've been talking about getting a tattoo since I was 16, I'm 29 now... Ten years of erming an erring probably says more about my levels of decisiveness!

China, yes, to get to know someone as private as mibs, we have no alternative but to read between the lines. Although I'm probably completely wrong, I have detected something - whether it be a certain sadness - or a hint of bitterness - in relation to his upbringing - but it's only recently that I recall him saying he is shy. That's something that never came across to me. I'd always imagined him to be tough and self-assured, so I'm rather relieved, in a way, to discover he's not as invincible as I thought he was, because that was quite daunting to a wimp like me. It's good to know he's as human as the rest of us.

Mibs, oh, goodness - we're talking about you - but at least it's in a positive way - and we aren't doing it behind your back. :o)

Tattoos............ China - You're probably too young to remember 'The Glums', a comedy programme that used to be on the radio, and subsequently on television. The others will no doubt remember it - I think they're all older. Anyway, hereby hangs the tale. There was a young courting couple - Ron and Eff. Dozy Ron - who was incredibly dozy - once decided to get a tattoo and had 'I love Sue' put on his arm. Eff, of course, was incensed by this, until it transpired that Ron had wanted 'I love Suet Pudding' tattooed, but it hurt too much to go beyond 'I love Sue'!

Anyone remember Ron and Eff? Oh, how I wish daft, inoffensive, comedy like that would come back.
Luna, good idea to go to the doctor, but a bad idea to listen to any diagnosis from a 'quack' layman!!! You can frighten the life out of yourself if you do that!! I know your memory isn't good at the moment, and that must be scary, but try to bear in mind that worry will exacerbate the symptoms simply because your mind is pre-occupied. I had a very serious problem to deal with a few months ago - something I thought I just couldn't cope with - and because I was so pre-occupied, despite being a very good driver, I backed my car into a fence - and it was only because my mind wasn't on driving! The audio reversing indicators on the car were bleeping like mad at me, but still I didn't realise the fence was getting closer - until CRUNCH! That's what happens when you're worried, so try to keep calm. Talk to us, Luna - let it out here - and let us know how you get on with the doctor, won't you? x
Hey Luna,

Don't worry too much, when I'm low I get terrible bouts of memory lost... And frankly I'm a fairly dazed and confused person most of the time! I recall standing in tescos on many an occasion confused as to why I was there, what I was making that required me to be there and wondering why I had the stuff in my basket that I had because I couldn't focus enough to remember what I had just decided to have for tea. It's distressing but it's just a sympton, like sneezing when you have a cold. Horrible as it is, take some deep breaths, continue managing it the way you're doing, go to the quacks and above all, do not give yourself a hard time about it, stay calm at all costs or you'll make it much worse.

Incidently, aspergers is an autistic condition, I don't think it's likely you'll have gone your whole life without it being diagnosed in any form. It's a very hard diagnosis to make and requires many tests, if your friend is not a specialist in this area then you can tell I said to shut their hole and stop trying to help by scaring you half to death... Laymens diagnosis's are notoriously inaccurate.
Preeeee-cisely!!
Time on the computer is a rare commodity for me lately, but I have to ensure i come back from time to time to keep getting stars from Mibs!

I'll get around to the prophecy for 1967, Naomi, but it began when the order was given to rebuild the gates of Jerusalem, when Israel where in captivity in Babylon.
I'll find it.

Lots to tell in no apparent order of importance, but first, Luna, listen to the above advice - you couldn't do better, and e mail me or text whenever if you want to.
I went with Evelyn to see, Mama Mia, the movie on our local Odeon - brilliant - loved every minute. I thought it was the story of Abba but it's not. Good fun and highly recommended.

I had an accident on my bike last Thursday, on my way home from the local watering hole, and having consumed almost one imperial gallon of Tetleys smooth bitter. Hit a brick and the bike stopped dead, but, laws of science and all that, momentum etc, I kept going. Cuts to the inside of my thigh, and certain, "other parts!" Then this resulted in massive bruising, swelling, and the cuts are infected, so had to see my GP to get my bits examined, and am now on antibiotics, and still smarting like hell!

All say, "Aaaaaah!"
Been to eat out and drink even more, twice lately, with the good lady of course, I could get used to this.

Overtime ban still on in the shipyard, next meeting on 10th Sept.
Demand is for 5%, offer on the table is only 2.8%

Inflation is 4.4% is it not?
Psychoanalyzing Mibs is like trying to hols jelly in your hand - just when you think you've got it, it moves through your fingers.
Some clues he gave along the way are interesting, and a little sad.
What is even more sad is his reluctance to talk about them.
It doesn't affect his anonymity, there's still 60,000,000 people in the country to choose from, so we are unlikely to hunt him down and blackmail him are we?
Open up is what I say!
So China, you went ahead with the tattoo?
Will it still suit you when you are eighty five, and getting bed baths in the nursing home?
