A few years ago a site similar to this one died a lingering death when its Eds started overly censoring impassioned posts. The interesting people left, leaving just the boring types who simply wanted to hear from those who shared the same "outlook" (or more appropriately "inlook") on life.

jno....I hold you in great regard and you are generally correct in all you say. However, you always appear to be on the side of the Ed in controversial matters concerning AB.

I recall having once asked if you were on AB's staff, but you never replied. Recently someone even questioned if you are the Ed's Secretary.

I have been off AB for three days because of work and that I got a pc virus (not too much damage).

Christ, and I will use this cuss as it is Naomi, this must be a record - 14 pages into a thread.

I will also throw my weight behind Naomi and ask her to come back. We may have had some minor spats but they haven't been that personal. And she does have some unique insights on aetheism, agnoticism and religion.

If that is the case and she 'walks' that will mean that the average IQ of AB declines by a point and that might just take us into the moron category, highlighted today in a earlier thread on IQ levels.

Send her a x from me please.

Ron, she may have looked - the fact that her last activity was 3 Feb means that's the last time she posted. You can look without anybody knowing you are there. If I were her and she meant it (which I don't doubt she did), I wouldn't look back, particularly if mibs is in touch. I wouldn't see the point.
