You then need a lead to carry the video signal from the card to your TV (you can get these at your local "Right Price" type store, or go the whole hog for gold-plated oxygen-free jobbies from a specialist supplier/PC World). Unless your TV accepts S-Video or composite inputs (many do, but the sockets aren't often tucked tidily away at the back) you may want to get an S-Video/composite to SCART adaptor. To carry the sound you will need a suitable cable (2xphono for the "TV" end and whatever will plug into your PC the other end). These plug into your TV's audio inputs or a SCART adaptor as above.
Once it's all wired up tune your TV to the appropriate channel (whichever input you are using) and set up your graphics card so that it displays on your TV.
It sounds quite complex and costly, but making the connections and setting it up is the work of minutes and the leads can be had for under a tenner (many "cheapo" stores sell PC to TV connection kits with a selection of appropriate leads).

Sorry, I forgot wireless. It is possible to stream the video wirelessly, but you will still need to connect the receiver to your TV using the same sort of connections as previously described; I haven't heard of a "wireless TV", but that doesn't mean there isn't one. (I doubt that bluetooth has the bandwidth to handle video well, btw). It's also possible to get a device that will enable you to use the monitor output of your PC, converting the signal to RF so that you can simply use an aerial cable for the connection to your TV.
Take a look at the pictures on this page: http://www.weethet.nl/english/video_connect_pc 2tv.php - they should give you an idea of the sort of connections that you need to bridge.
