Electricity In Dubai?

Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

Hi all. Jude is feeling a bit quiet at the moment but will be back with us soon!
What a day, am trying to send some photos to an email, which is the easiest thing in the world normally but not today. We sent them as messages from Mr N's phone to my phone and them I emailed them to myself, then I opened them and saved them to desktop so I could email them to wherever, but they have become html files and there's no way receiver can opoen them or I can change them, any ideas biddies please???

Lovely day ,brilliant sunshine with a nice breeze .
I bought a new linen basket for the bathroom which arrived this morning .Well that'll teach me to read measurements .I think it's just about big enough for dollies clothes! It's ideal for storing knitting stuff though so I won't send it back.

we live in an unstable world, neti, I blame Brexit.

I haven't tried perisecco before but by gum, it's nice on a hot afternoon. We went to Wrest Park but the state rooms were all closed for a wedding so we strolled round the grounds for hours, very nice.

yes, the leg behaved itself, neti - I had an elasticated bandage in my bag in case of emergency but didn't need it (thank goodness, it didn't go with my shorts at ll). Plus there was a little mobility train tootling around the estate so if I had fallen apart I could have got a lift back to the house. I'm being pretty careful when I go walkign, but I seem to be okay.

Woofgang, I don't like cucumber anyway so have been drinking the orange and we are new best friends. I thought I saw some melon in Tescos too but may have been mistaken.

Good morning alcofrolics...tut...a glass of ginger ale is good enough for me, especially if I'm not feeling so well.

I didn't know anything about Wrest Park but it looks a lovely place, stunning gardens.
I've been digging a shallow grave in my garden (woofy, would you like to demonstrate your shooting skills?). :)
It was for a pigeon, I know, I'm soft, but I hate putting them in the bin. It had been struggling around for a couple of days, no obvious injury, but yesterday it took a turn for the worse. I'd seen a magpie having a go at it so I managed to catch and put it in a box in the outside passage overnight. As expected it was dead this morning but at least it died in peace.

I was thinking, what happened to vanishing cream? If anyone states the obvious the klaxon will sound and I'll deduct 10 points. :)

Hello all. Another hot one. Hija's out all night til 11am!!
I bought a new black flouncy dress, why? No idea!
Oh I cannot abide barley water. That's all we were allowed as kids (Robinson's) and all my friends were drinking Tizer. I've never got over it. Need therapy! To make it fizzy I would put on Andrews liver salts which I loved. Are they still available?
Mr. N's fruit juices go right through me. So am laying off them for a while.
