Electricity In Dubai?

Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

Hello from an airless unbearably hot 40° mediterrean island. Can hardly breathe. Even the locals are moaning, and me especially. My chest pain goes right round my back, and i feel lightheaded. Hopefully ill feel better soon.
We have things that go clippetty clop all round the land at night. And thats not counting the feral cats.

by cracky, it is hot down there. We are going to Andaloothia on Wednesday, where it theemth to be 43 at the moment, that's about 110 in old money, but it should be back in the mid 30s by the time we land.

Hello all
Not too bad here .The sun has broken through the cloud and it's quite nice .I've had a productive morning .We've filled the brown garden bin and taken the rug up from the dining area ,put it on the skip and ordered a new one.And that's all the clippety clopping I'm doing today .I'm clopped out.
But still they come ..lol Woofy ..since I read that I've been humming ♫The chances of anything coming from Mars ....♫

Morning all. A bit cooler ATM but don't hold your breath. Am staying in as it's too wearing to trudge about. I've done the washing etc and had to scrub the computer room as Mousey seems hell bent on peeing where she shouldn't or missing her aim in her box. Luckily it's only tiles and there is an 2 Meter sq oilcloth covered with a huge towel and still she manages to miss!!! I hate it and the smell. The others can't smell it!!!

Good morning...at last, a sunny morning. It's very warm but I wouldn't want it as hot as steamibiza. Yesterday stayed dull and muggy, the ground didn't dry up.

How did we go from Old Amsterdam to Mars? :) I've obviously missed something. This site just doesn't move on my kindle in the evenings.
I'd like to find a planet where the 'algia and 'itis doesn't flare up, oh lawdy, my aching bod. Actually I could cope with the pain if I didn't have the fluishness (is that a word?) that goes along with it.

Hello all
Very humid here too .Not doing much either .I waded through a load of ironing on Sunday and then buffering about yesterday so am having a day off from domestics.The patio and down the side needs sweeping but cba. I'll disturb the sparrows bouncing about in the bird bath if I start bashing about with a broom. That's my excuse anyway.
