ah, the sun is sparkling on the pools of rainwater on the sodden lawn... how pretty. Camellias have been out for weeks. No sign at all of May blossom on the hawthorn though I heard someone say the other day they'd seen some... can't quite believe that. Of course I don't live in the sunkissed west country, Gulf Stream is very seldom seen round my way except when it falls from the sky in the form of rain.
