The latest poll still gives Labour a 48% lead over the tories despite Sunak being more popular than Johnson.There is no avoiding defeat at the next G.E For the Tories says a former Cabinet minister and close friend of Mr Johnson and also says Johnson has no wish to be the leader of the opposition . What a shame .

Reform UK has risen from nowhere to have almost half the points of the Tories, 9 to 20; Tories having lost one point, while Labour have only risen 1 point.
Reform UK is the only party that is serious about immigration, which is the paramount concern of the vast majority of the British electorate. The Tories - my party- have had their chance & blown it.
