KM Links Game - August week 1 Results

POINCIANA - I'm sorry to disappoint you but the competition closes as soon as the Monday Links are posted, as Aquagility has done at 6.54 but please join in again next weekend - the site opens early Saturday morning and runs through until Monday as mentioned

I hate to say it but this seems to be falling into a pattern - in most cases the link words are matched and then we seem to fall in a heap, scoring wise - she's giving us too many choices or is it that we're dreaming up too many possibilities - time will
tell, anyway this is what happened -

Aquagility took out Nature trail first, in hot pursuit was seekeerz with Class Struggle
then things went quite for a while until about 8.40, when one after the other the remaining two fell - firstly bangor with Audio Frequency and right behind was Alibobs with Mineral water, plus 1, gives Alibobs the lead with 3 points at this early stage of the month.

Along with those bonus points already listed Eiggam & twosearch both scored two points for correct matches and then came jan1956, sarumite, devadiva, Jim [of JimJools} ageing fast, Arabesque, paulineward, Magyar, gen2, wickedtongue, ChrisHewat, chiefpanda, cpfcrosiel & keyboardix all of whom scored one point,......... and that, my friends, was that. A quiet start to the month, let's hope it livens up as it goes along....... I shall now wander off and put the finishing touches to Saturday's puzzle before Monday's arrives..........congratulations all, and cheers for now S
