I have recently allowed a buyer from Japan to bid and win an item on Ebay. However, when I sent an invoice with the international postage updated (as requested by the buyer) he/she was not happy with the charges and requested that to save money I should post it to a freind of his in London and requested that I amend the invoice and send him a copy of the amended invoice but I can't find out a way of altering or sending a new invoice. In desperation I was asked for my paypal address so payment could be paid straight into my paypal account - trouble is I have no idea what my paypa address is (yes I am a dinosaur!!), anyone able to help? Tia
it doesn;t matter where you send it, the customer still pays you anyway you just change the postal charge and write the english address on the parcel. your paypal address is your email address you use on paypal.
I always avoid any attempts by buyers/sellers to try to change the normal ebay processes, as it can lead to problems if it goes wrong. Your email address should be what's needed but I wouldn't do what's suggested
