When did Challenge TV come onto freeview?

My son mentioned the other day that Challenge was on freeview and I dispelled it as him getting mixed up with Sky TV which is in Grandma's house. However I noticed earlier on that it is on Channel 46....

Donating your body to science

Before he died, my Grandad arranged for his body to be donated to Oxford Uni for medical research. I believe there was a sort of deal and the uni would pay for a service for him and provide a plaque....
