System not restore

I did a really stupid thing, during a system restore, I pressed something and it meant I lost all my restore points (The ones inbold) so I only have restore points from April 1st, Tried everything...

slow start up

my computer takes about 3 minutes to start windows XP. I have removed everything from the start up menu and in task manager when i click on applications it shows task mgr as the only program running....

help. When I try to copy files to a CD I get the message..not accessable,incorrect function. My drive can play and load CDs. On checking it for faults I get the word that it's working properly
