blotches on my skin

for a while now i have had some round blotches on my skin,but only on my chest.when its warm they are red and other times they are pale but you can still see them becouse the skin is slightly raised...

Do speed cameras have to be yellow?

Got flashed speeding (guilty) but the camera that flashed me was grey, not bright yellow. I have a dim recollection that the cameras HAVE to be yellow... does anyone know?

Are these speed cameras or just Number plate recognition cameras? ie. If you go through one at 50 instead of 40, will you get done? Or do they just time the number plate through the series?
