I am wondering what the actors from The Archers all do when they are not recording - as I found out today on a BBC tour that they only record for 1 week each month ... do they have other acting jobs...

why no weight loss?

I have done at least an hour long gym class daily for the last 2 weeks , sometimes two a day and have been sensible with diet (ie around 1800 a day) and all food is healthy ........ So why NO weight...
