Litter in my garden - with a name on...

my house is on a corner with a sort of yarden all down the side next to the pavement, and it gets a lot of litter thrown in by passers by... the other day i found a screwed up ball with an envelope...

heres a weight measurement... 64.6 kg = 10.1727 st OR 10 st and 2.41 lb so how do you read the first one as 10st 2....? how does 1727 equal 2...? is there a way to work that out? thanks...

dvd player is no longer recognised on my laptop...yet appears to be working...?

my internal dvd writer/player has stopped playing anything and doesnt appear as a drive in computer or in device manager...its as though it is not there... however, the light comes on, the tray comes...
