Any Tips? Sore Knee

I must have pulled a muscle behind my knee. Im fine walking and standing but find it very painful to bend at the knee when climbing stairs etc. Any tips

Rogue Eyelashes

A couple of eyelashes in my lower eyelid are growing at a 90 degree angle to the rest. They point sideways instead en like that for ages. Should I tweeze them out? Will new ones re-grow in?
