excessive lateral pressure syndrome of knee

Word settings?

I need to print a program for an event- a landscape A4 sheet with two halves of paper, A5 on each side. Can I do this on Word without cutting and gluing and re-scanning etc?!

HELP! I can no longer walk!

My joints have been bad for ages, and seem to be worse in hot/humid weather, but for the past week my knee has just given way. It has several faults according to the MRI scan. I haven't left the house...

Hot but dry!

Is there a country where the weather is warm/hot but the climate is dry rather than humid? ie- it feels hot but you don't just sweat the whole time?! Many thanks!
