Does anybody else like Wimbledon or is it just me that's a fan. Everything stops in this house for it!
Hi jude...i love tennis...roll on wimbledon(:)..netti get back to yer ironing....blow's a massive rasberry>>>>>>>

Hello Vinny. I have always wanted to go to Wimbledon but never have. Have you?

Wmibledon is great..used to live there.....have been on centre court and had great days out there.
And if I could learn to spell..it may help.
Lucky you Shaney! I wonder if we will still be chatting on here when it comes around.

Our back garden in Wimbledon virtually backed on to the All England Courts - Guess what I have never ever been there. I just don't like tennis. All I can remember is that we didn't get any school buses during Wimbledon Fortnight because they were all used for the spectators arriving at Wimbledon Station. Hmmph!!!

Mind you I wouldn't mind a game with Andre Agessi - but it wouldn't be tennis!!!

Would that have been in Southfields gessoo? as my sister lived there and we were almost next door to Wimbledon, and also some big Rugby Club.
Question Author
I meant All England Tennis Club.

Southfields isn't very far from the All England Courts - my Aunties lived in Southfields. The All England Courts are really near Wimbledon Park which, if I remember is the next station down from Southfields. Our house backed onto the Golf Course which is virtually next to the All England Courts. Another Aunt's House backed on the the Centre Court.

We'll have to be moving on soon - have we got a new squatting place (and no Vinny - not that sort of squatting)
