transfer all my previous criticisms about doctors receptionists to hospital ones...what a stupid mistake for THEM to make shaney, short journey or long I'd be livid.

I'm sleepy today too woofy...blame the weather change.
Question Author
Yes I laughed too woofy
Just heard that bro in law should be coming home next week, as there is a norovirus in the hospital and he's just got over diarhorea (sp?). But he had to stand up, on his one leg, to prove that he can, and then he's going to Brighton to be fitted with a false leg, and I sahll call him pegleg hereonafter! And his confusion has gone and he's much more alert, bless him.
hello all... everyone's avatars where they should be? Oh no, Robinia's been jellified again at the top of the thread, though not in it. Hopefully shaney's hospital has lost its avatar for a week to teach it a lesson.

Well, the 2am-5am sleep wasn't up to much. The 9am-11am one has improved my temper slightly.
in fact I have just put a link on the Gravatar thread to Robi's profile page, so if you're suddenly receiving a lot of strange visitors, that'll be the reason. As I see the page, there's a big avatar as a profile pic, a smaller one on the first Q then jellymen on all the rest of the Qs. I don't know how that's supposed to be happening.

I don't know if anyone else sees it the same as me.
Yes jno I see thesame as you, on that link.
Thanks for Call the midwife reminder Robi, I have seen it is on my website schedule so hopefully I'll get it. Still have to see Midsomer. Was watching The History of Musicals (orsomething like that) and really enjoying it.
Question Author
Zut alors, mon profil! Je suis exposé.
Why have I gone all French? Have you got a spare paper bag jno? :o)

I think this thread has me as jelly twins because it's old, ie pre gravatar problem days and the first Q in my profile is relatively new.
I'm not really bothered what my avatar is, it just makes it easier if you're looking for a particular (or peculiar) ABer's posts if they're all the same.

Beautiful day out, blown the cobbies off and cleared my head...the gas/elec bills are down on last year thanks to the weather...and I've got enough dizzy pills to keep me on the straight and narrow until next winter :o)

The blue jumpsuit is what I want to buy, any ideas where I can get one in England?
yes, that seems to be the answer, Robinia, the Ed says the system (that's AB's, not Gravatar's) is sometimes caching old avatars - in your case from some past moment when you were a jelly babe, by the look of it. Poor Ron seems terribly upset by it all (as does naomi), but ya just gotta go with the flow.

Question Author

Bye bye jno, can you swim?? and actually I do not want fancy dress I want a lovely blue jumpsuit for the wedding (I was never going to be conventional, twinset and pearls, now was I?) and don't worry I will cover arms. But it's the bazoom which is the nuisance.

Am going to chase up these zumba classes which have ignored me! Maybe I can pay for 5mins instead of an hour!
Neti I am delighted to hear your news. Its been a long haul for your BiL here's hoping that 2012 will be a wonderful year for him. I have been turning out the garage today with some help from the dogs, tons and tons of cardboard in there so big toss out next bin day.
Lets see if I an normal....whoops no can't be, I am a biddy!!!!!
Robi, ASOS, is that a high street store, as I can't remember hearing or seeing it. I look in Evans but they are so dreary and big! and Select is a bit small, used to get things there a couple of years ago. I expect they have stinted on their sizing, that's what it is.
Question Author
No neti, ASOS are online...I should have asked if you preferred High St...
Yes high street cos I never shop online because am never sure of what size I can squeeze into, M&S jeans size 12, Peacocks top size 22!!!!
zumba classes are not responding to my plea, ,,,scratches head in wonderment>>> it's not as if they are ignoring now is it??
Hi woofy, you snuck in there, yes thanks for your bothering him upstairs, bil is slowly on the mend. You are a normal bunch of poinsettas to me.
Question Author
Well the problem then is when will you be shopping here neti? What they have in store now probably won't last long...there's a bargain halter neck one here but it only goes up to 14
