I often send for more than one size in the same item when shopping online and return what I don't want or, if the smaller one fits me, I ask my sis if she wants t'other.... sizes vary so much these days and I can be anything from an 8 to a 12.

Hi all. Lazy day for me. No real housework just bathroom (done every day) Then hair cut at 3.00. Lovely day = just like Robi says only I haven't walked far today. Will be off tomorrow walkling to Pride Park and back.
I love those 'jimp suit' thingies but I'd look awful them. My arms aren't ever so wrinkly, I'm pleased to say, but are too thin to be out in public.
I'm really pleased your Bil is getting brighter now Neti. He sounds like he's getting his 'fighting' spirit back which can only be a good thing. I wish him all the best.

I think I'm going to watch Law and Order tonight the British one. I haven't seen it lately. There's notch else I really want to watch. Last night I was playing a DVD of Mrs. Brown's Boys. I didn't go to bed til midnight so that's probably why I'm feeling so lazy today.

I'm just cruising by to wish you all Oight Oight . I haven't felt right since I came back from my failed appointment .
We had an early fish and chip lunch from the chippy and I've done nothing since but watch a DVD and flop about on the sofa .I can't seem to get warm .

I am pleased your BiL is up and moving Neti .I wish him all the best .He'll probably buck up no end when he can be home and able to get about again .
I love the jumpsuits but my days of that sort of clobber are over .Too broad in the beam these days :)
I'm going to watch the Sport Relief bake off ,Law & Order then jump orf to bed .

My sister is horrified that I am even thinking of going to the wedding in a jumpsuit but my mind is made up, I shall wear a faux fur boxy jacket, and fascinator, and nude platform shoes (in reality it'll be some sort of flat shoes, some boring old dress or my old trouser suit) but I refuse to give up my dream. Walking every day to lose weight and have sort of signed up for zumba. but I will be the oldest there and that does not appeal to me. I shall want 60/70's music and not all this house, garage , trance nonsense and I shall defo need a tena!

Yay, first zumba class is next Thurs at 10.30, and I'll finish if I'm lucky at 10.35 !!

Sorry, if I am out of touch, but whose wedding is it, Neti?

I am now planning what I shall wear to son's wedding and it will be either a jump suit or palazzo pants and top. It certainly won't be a dress.

I rather fancy palazzo pants with a kimono jacket and have been surfing around.

Shaney, sorry about your appointment. If it was me, I would refuse to go home until I was seen, but I'm a stroppy person.

Have had a full day, but quite a nice one. Took the dog for long walk and done some bits and pieces. Mr LL has been home all day and lit the woodburner and it has been nice having him at home.

Off to bed shortly - well when I consider that the chicken stock I am making is ready to come off the stove.

Shall see you all tomorrow. We are out tomorrow night with the kids to celebrate their engagement. Going by taxi so will can all drink.

Morning all...I've been up for ages but I'm still in the slow lane...

No Jude, put a 'g' instead of a 'j' into google images and stand well clear, haha. I used to watch a lot of channel five woofy ;o)...actually one of my neighbours once said she'd learnt more on there than in her 70+ years :o)

Well it's all very crisp and frozen here, minus 3 at the moment! It smells like more like xmas than it did a month ago

Morning all. Lovely day here. Frosty early, now sunny and fresh. Hi Shaney sorry about your appointment I would have gone 'spare'. I remember when I went for a glucose test 2 years ago and I had to 'fast' for 10 hours and the Dr (not my usual) had put the wrong test on the paper and they wouldn't do it. So I had to go through it all again. My usual Dr said they could have rung up - I shall remember that if they do it again. I've been told they'll send for me regularly now but I'm not bothering if they don't.
Derby at Home again today - let's hope they keep up the good run of wins.
Going to sort some Photos out now. Hope you all have a good day.
