Neti it's not the eyes open bit of awake, it's the alert and don't fall down the stairs fit to drive a car bit. I am very sensible and if the alarm goes off and I can't do it, I go back to sleep. The boys enjoy a lie in too so odd times it's not a problem. We had turkey thigh stew with chestnuts, baby onions and carrots in it tonight, dead yummy. The boys get the leftovers on their breakfast. Healthy dessert, Sharon fruit and cherries and yes the boys had a share, they love goof fruit, turn their noses up at the rubbish.
Ha not goof fruit, good fruit. Night night all.....
Night Woofy ..hope you get good sleep tonight xx
huh, first attempt at sleep (midnight-3am) was a total failure. I will try it again in half an hour.

Bah. Why can't I live like normal people?
because jno we are special. I actually slept okay last night which was wonderful. Slight interruption at midnight when the dogs needed a wee and Shughy decided to dig out a harmless resident in my garden, not sure what as it left hurriedly, but we all soon settled down again.
Laters all
PS its call the midwife AND Sherlock tonight.
Hi ,how are you all ,well as can be expected I hope . I didn't think I'd ever find you again.Find it hard to keep thinking and writing so will say cheerio for now.Love Dolly xx
hello, Dolly, sorry I missed you. Hope all's well with you.

The 4am-7am session was a complete failure, so that's zero sleep for the night. I have a feeling I will be spending most of today in a stupor. I am tired, washed out, exhausted - just not sleepy.
Well here I am, bright and beautiful (oh no that's a hymn) bright and cheerful having had my full night's quota of sleep, even with cat laying on my legs.

Yay Dolly, glad to see you, you have been very quiet on Facebook and on here, was hoping you were alright.

Morning biddies. We are off to a hippie/carboot type market this am.
Thanks woofy for the reminder of Call the midwife. I may try to watch it live on internet but probably download it tomorrow!

Morning all...zzzzzz
Hello Dolly! Glad you found us, hope you're well. I always include you in the email.

Lousy night's sleep for me too, I had a nightmare and although I'm not a screamer I did in the dream and woke up in a panic wondering whether I'd been screaming out loud.

Another cold and frozen one here...yesterday was beautiful, sunny, blue skies and crisp, a perfect January day. Went shopping with my sister to the new Dunelm store...we had one before and we loved it but they've moved to an old B&Q premises and (take note Jude) it's bloody awful. Cold, unwelcoming and very, very tightly packed aisles. There's no way you'd get round with a wide buggy or a wheelchair without extreme difficulty and we heard so many customers complaining as we squeezed past them....SO they'll be getting one of my letters. I did manage to spend some money though, :o)

Look out, neti's about! :o)

Good afternoon, especially to Dolly xxxx Nice to see you.

I actually slept very well last night - might be something to do with multiple rum and cokes at our night out yesterday. I seem to remember inviting the taxi driver to call in for coffee when he passes our way :o(. Oh dear!!!

Am just going down to Morrisons as we have no food, but will be back to see you all later.

All being well Wedding is to be one of the last two Saturdays in July. Only close family at the registry office and then a big afternoon bash for all and sundry at our local riverside inn out in the sticks. Walking distance!
hello everyone, g'day Dolly, hope you are keeping well? bit of a busy day today....
Good Morning all. And a big HELLO to Dolly. Goo do to hear from you and hope all is well with you.
Another lovely day promised here then Robi. I think it's very cold though.
I don't know whats up with me I'm now itching all over my body. I've changed my clothes in case it's something to do with them but no luck still itching chronically. Do you think it could be anything to do with the bullets I've been using.
Any ideas anybiddy please.

Hello busybiddies...

I've done a quick google Jude and it looks like the answer to your Q is yes, they can cause itching. Have you got any anti histamines? One wouldn't hurt if you're not driving today until you talk to the doc/pharmacist tommorow.
Thanks Robi been to the Pharmasist and he's given me anit-histys. Thanks for your help.
Hail, hail the gang's all here, well at different times. Just taken hija to a torrada (meat barbeque) and we've had a lovely lunch in a local restaurant. Got iphone chargers at boot sale and a nice new purse cos my last new one was so heavy. Tucked up in bed now, watching Corrie and EE from thurs.
Hi Gang. Sorry about the itching Jude!! Try not to scratch, it actually makes itches itch more. I was told to lightly slap itches instead. Have a bath with some bicarbonate of soda and only wear cotton next to your skin for a while. Poor Jude.

Neti I thought Hija was a veggie!!

It's not a lovely day here. It is grey, grey, grey and miserable.

Now that we are not using our central heating and just using the wood burner, this 'Glory Hole' of mine is freezing cold - it's the one room in the house that the wood burner heat doesn't get to. I need a laptop. I can't hang about in here today otherwise I will turn to a block of ice.

xx
d'oh Lottie, higo is a fig, hija is a female offspring, write it 100 times!! Fell asleep during Corrie, and am now enduring David wicks and carol in EE.
Question Author
I think Lottie meant she thought your daughter was a vegetarian neti...ya tater. :o)

ENDURING David Wicks?!! He's lovely, mmmm....But Carol, I agree, is a woman to be endured.

Hope you feel better soon Jude.
