Lol..I don't think my leg will drop off but I couldn't be bothered to argue with them ..Funnily enough though all this while my legs have been fine and then I got into bed last night and that patch of eczema on my right leg started to itch like mad.
Sods law .

Morning, well done fence man
Oh what a day, did family shopping en famille, then hija and I went out for coffree and later Mr N went off to golf, we were locked out, I had left my keys at home. Absolutely no way could we get in., si I aksed the young chap next door (I was his nanny for a couple of years) if he could run me to golf and wait, so he did, once at golf the director ordered one of the caddy's to take me out to Mr N (furthest hole away, typical, you tell them what time he started and they know what hole, great isn't it?) in an electric golf cart, well I was terrified, we went up hill and down dale on two wheels, I was closing my eyes and muttering "Cheesus". We found a very startled Mr N, who then informed me that he had left a spare key outside but how was I to know that or where. Anyway it was a great laugh and I had a lovely time. Gave Juan next door a nice bottle of Red wine, and now back in to housewife mode. Think I will have a little adventure every week, as it bucks one up no end!
Warm here 16º, where is winter?
Hope you are feeling better shaney. and hope the rest of you have a lovely day. Oh by the way, Juan was in hysterics at the thought of me doing zumba, and said I can dance on the carnival lorry in feathers a la Brazil, still thinking about it!

lol Neti you do see life don't you? I am dealing with a crisis-ette here. The tortoise has woken up. She normally sleeps till march, won't eat unless the temp is about 20 deg and can't sleep outside under 10 deg also needs really bright light so I have had to turn out the spare room again quick time as once awake, you can't put them back to hibernation. we had minus 4 last night so goodness knows what dreams she was having to wake her. The plan was she would spend her first days awake in my lovely new spacious shed but that assumed waking in march or april, not blooming mid january. I was congratulating myself that i had a healthy credit balance on my leccy account oh well I guess I can live on baked beans.....
I hope you're not going to start leaping up and down and wavings your knickers in the air Neti :)
Poor torty ..I expect it's the mild weather that's made him stir Woofy . It's mild during the day but drops at night .Most unseasonable really .
Yesterday as I came along the road from the hospital through the park in the bright sunshine the birds were at it nineteen to the dozen ,shreiking away and flitting hither an thither as if spring had really sprung .

I'm a grumpy moo if I don't get eight hours . But the funny thing is if I sleep for eight hours I wake to the minute .I think a lot of it is when you go to work you acquire a sort of built in alarm clock .
Since I packed up work my clock is all over the place at times .I mostly stick to the same routine but sometimes if I read until the small hours or stay up watching teevee I still need that eight hours so hence get up late :)
Anyway ..I'm orf for a while to make some grub .
Toast ..with spinach ,bacon and poached eggs ,cherry tom garnish ..how posh ....hahaaa.

Surely woofy, the pups (?) would waken you when they to pee. Just go for a good sleep and leave them to get you up.
Just had ready made rhubarb crumble, has to be ready made as rhubarb doesn't grow here and I love it, hate crumble though. Mr N likes custard (Instant, I'm ornamental not useful!) and I like pouring cream. Yum.
