seems to have been confused totally

so that if you tally a vote a day later it is counted ( pun intended) as voting
whereas in dear old blighty we say vote as in put x on the paper
"Have you voted?" never means "has it been included in a tally"
we dont have voter suppresion here either (yet)

It seems the problem he has is postal votes that were posted on election day and may still arrive. Note to the USA close the postal vote a week early so they get to be counted on the night of the ballot. Our postal votes have to be in early it's not rocket science.... And they manage to do that.
