The truth of the matter is that many supermarkets have had their way of working disrupted, nearly all of them work on a just in time basis. The disruption is for many reasons. I have been trying to source locally grown UK pineapples and coconuts. I can’t find any, nor any grapefruit, lychees, or satsumas. Why can’t British farmers get their act together.
