Can anyone recommend a good lavender oil please? I've bought them in the past and they just didn't smell right somehow. It's mainly for refreshing wheat packs, pillows etc.

Baldwin's of the Walworth Rd in London ( not far from the Elephant and Castle) are true herbalists and do a postal service. They will make it clear whether they are selling the true flower oil or artificial versions.
By the way, they sell wonderful Pot Pourri oils and lots of other perfume oils.

it's snowing here, but really you'd have to run around to get wet, it's not much more than mizzle. It's supposed to go on till about 4 then go away and unless things change dramatically I don't think it's going to be very deep at all.

I'm sure my darling Dmitryeva is well used to these conditions and has lots of huskies and vodka to get us through the hard times.
Its snowing here and more in the sky. The dogs are unimpressed.

yes, I spoke too soon, snowing hard here now :( ....if the bin men don't hurry up I'll need a team of reindeer to drag it back in.
Our binmen have disappeared. The bin has stood out there by the road for a good few days!!
Back from hairdressers, thanks Roni, that was our secret!!!

Jolly warm here but windy. Have a new hairstyle, long in the front, short in the back but even both sides for a change.

Bought some Kipling Black forest biscuits with buttercreme and cherry jam, and they are lovely considering that I do not like Blk forest gataux.(sp!) They were on sale from 5€ (xmas) to 1,50€ so had to have them. Eat by date 30th Dec 2012, do I care????

it's like this, have to get used to a full fringe and not to keep pushing it to one side!
That is similar to what mine is like (or meant to be like) Neti. Except I have long wispy bits at the back. Can't stand a bare neck. Think my layers might be a bit shorter too. At the moment, it looks like an unkempt bush.
Oh and my side bits are long and wispy too!!

oh it was no secret, it was all over sky news...some Ibiza editor in expenses scandal. And it's not supposed to include your family...!

haha Robi as if mousey would!!

Lottie yes it's a nice style, one side of mine was short so couldn't have wispy sidebits, and I wanted it even this time, it's annoying me having it over the eyes! but i will perserve!
Sis in Eastbourne has just phone, snowing a blizzard there, she's all warm and cosy, wish I was there! I would still manage to slip, slide and skedadal my way to the shops!
long fringes are a problem but they look so elegant

how's the new job going neti? Do the management know about your wild past?
well, it seems fringes are all the go, at least among figures of authority

I've rarely been without a fringe ...and there's no excuse for not keeping it out of your eyes

Robi, jno, where do you find that stuff? Its snowing again here, and undecided whether to freeze or thaw. I had a nice coffee with my friend down the road and slipped and slid home again.
Evening all, sod the saus and chips, Mr N took me out for mexican (not tex-mex) so had had a couple of beers and mojitos and lovely food, no idea waht but I enjoyed it. The village is deserted, the restaurant (for want of a better Word) is a mish mash of different furniture, unpainted doors, huge extraction pipes running below the ceiling and it is so popular, really different, and the place was heaving, I was surprised to see so many Spanish there.
Up early in the morning for you Neti. No slacking for the Ibiza Editor .
haha ..I love the fringes .I'm going to get my barnet chopped on Monday unless there is six foot of snow .It's very cold here and they've promised more of it .
Stay warm and safe Biddies and I'll bid you Oight Oight from snowy Gorleston
