Morning all.Cold dull and windy here today. Still bunged up but feel better. Throat not sore today. Not doing much this morning. Going to school later. I have the last pillow on the line with loads of pegs on it just in case the wind tries to take it off.

Hope you're all Ok and that your cold has eased off Jude .
A son here on holiday so computer gets hogged and my sun lounge has been turned into a bicycle repair shop .
Mustn't grumble though as he took me shopping ,only for food though and the bulky items I can't manage.
It's been a lovely day here ,brilliant sunshine but the wind is gusting away up the lokes .
If it hadn't been so windy it would have been very hot .Darkened up now though .I do hope it rains .Everythings as dry as dust here .Even the air's dry and it's not usually like that here .

sigh, still on Tucson time here, so I am just about to drop off to sleep after being up all night. Unfortunately I can't as I have to go and have a tooth removed. So it's going to be one of those days. I hope everyone and their organs are feeling better.

Morning all... ooh, that wind's cold but at least it's sunny so hopefully it'll warm up a bit before I toddle to the shops. Wind's not quite as bad but still too strong for my liking & it's set to be the same all week. :o(

Hope you're all as well as can be...good luck jno, hope it's not too rough for you. You can have a little nap in chair while they get on with it ....<yeh right, I find it that relaxing too>

Quiet day in here yesterday I see, I was mailny busy doing nothing except for browsing shops online. Has anyone bought any Scholl sandals lately? (yes, I did sandals, haha...my sister questioned me when I told her) I'm liking the look of this style, but don't know which colour. They won't go out of fashion so if I get to wear them 3 days a year for the rest of my life they'll be worth the price I think :o)

Not for years Robi, I live in crocs now..the only choice is which colour, i have been barred from wearing a different colour on either foot. Those look nice though and a better sole than most flip flops. Its bright and chilly here, was COLD this morning. DH is having dialysis today, has just texted me that the tea and toast has appeared and he is happily tucking is so all well there.
more housework today ugh.

Morning/afternoon all. Just been to dendtist, she still can't do anything cos gums too red and inflamed!

Talk about fireworks, last night (this am) at 3.35 there were 3 explosions, ever so loud, the house shook, but there were no sirens or anything and Mr N didn't hear a thing, nothing has been mentioned about it! Maybe The Rapture has started late!

oh, mine's all been done, neti - the Dr Wahid weight loss programme continues one bit of ivory at a time. This one put up a bit of resistance, though, so I have the cocodamol at hand ready for when the injections wear off. He said I must be developing immunity to the injections as I've had so many, and he's having to raise the dosage every time.

Nice sunny day out there, as if I cared. I can't eat or drink for three hours, so I can't even try a Bailey's mouthwash. Bah. Roll on the Rapture. I expect my teeth are all waiting for me in heaven.

Apart from being able to bite into anything, I can eat almost normally now. As long as I can poke it into the side of my mouth. After every meal i have syringe the hole with mouthwash (non alcoholic) to remove any marauding pieces of food so it doesn't get infected. If they weren't too expensive I'd have the lot out and have dentures!
