ha ha jno, I have to admit that when I was on the beach once in the 80's a fire plane swooped in and I literally fell to the ground in terror, Mr N was mortified, I hate noise if it's not my music!

Mr N has just had moroccan veg, cous cous and spicy chicken, and I had sausage, eggs and bacon which I have fancied for a while.

hello all, Dh went to bed at 18.30 and is sound asleep....he has the kip of months to catch up on bless him. Dialysis again tomorrow so an early start.

Off to dentist again only this time there is a hard white thing in the gum, I think it's a bit of root left over (or could be bread!) hopefully it will get sorted very soon, although still very painful!

Lovely and sunny, know idea if the fires are still raging! Will find out!

D'oh, went to the dentiswt 2x and no one there so I phoned them and they called me back and said it's next thursday! I think they made a bubu!

Aparently the fires are still raging and the army is coming in from Madrid to help.

Mornin still sufferin and fed up. Been to Drs and he examined my nose and throat and said it was a Chronic bout of Hayfever and said I need a squirty thing for my nose. He also sent me for a blood test cos I told him there was signs of my colitis coming back (wont go into things but I expect you can gyess) He's checking loads of things. When I looked at the paper I said google would be working hard for me trying to find out what he was testing me for. Anyway he said I'll tell and proceeded to read the paper and tell me what they all meant. I have lovely Doctors.

I have to go for and eye test this afto I'm in 2 minds whether to cancel it but ther is an offer on at Vision Express for free prescription sun glasses and it runs out on June 4th so Ithought I would go for it.

Pleased Mr W is getting his Dialysis sorted and hope the dentist sorts you out today Neti.

dear oh dear, sounds like the only healthyish one around here is neti, and she's about to be consumed by fire... sounds like the end of the world is coming to Ibiza first.

Sorry to hear about the tooth saga Neti. Jude you are certainly getting your money's worth. When we were in and out of A and E last year i said that to the doc when he commented on the frequency of Dh's visits.

The biggest fire in the history of the island, all the roads north of me are cut off, and 100's of people evacuated to the tiny village of San Juan, hundreds and hundreds of hectares burning (means nothing to be either!) a 51 yr old man has been arrested for started the fire by using a smoker for his bees. The sparks have started 10 different areas of fire. No flights arriving yet.

Oh dear and there is me thinking os using my electric chip fryer outside tonight for dinner!

Oh dear neti, what a terrible thing, not much about it on google. I'd bring a bit of rainwater over but it doesn't sound like the ideal place for a stik woman.

I'm not surprised about the hayfever Jude, but there are a lot of people about with nasty coughs, maybe you've had both? Hope the blood tests are ok, I've not heard anything about mine so I'm assuming all was well.

Any rain yet shaney? Been heavy bursts of it all morning here but I braved the elements & headed for the shops...my shoulder went into a painful spasm (gardening yesterday) so I came home.... with a tub of mealworms and a cabbage. :o/

We are having to damp down the weeds (garden to everyone else) and bring in inflamable things, pool is full of black ash, revolting, mind you i'm still swimming!

Poor jude and robi, hope you both feel better and rstd.
