live film streaming ...when large screen goes black &white and squashed...?

when i am trying to watch movies online, just recently when i try to enlarge the screen to fullscreen, the film goes black and white and squashes the picture over to the left - making it slightly...

inheritance tax...

if a property is in 2 peoples names, and they choose to give it as a gift, then within 7 years one of them dies...is the person still liable for inheritance tax...? even if one of them is still alive?...
