Some sort of waterproof tape ..

We have water going down the back of the sink and it's running down the wall behind into the cupboard below .This is very complicated :)
The sink is only a gap of about an inch and half from the tiled splashback and has been set into a beechwood worktop .Over time this has started to go all grotty ,the grout is all nasty and any water that gets spashed around is running down the back of it and under the lip of the sink into the cupboard .
This usually only happens when Mr S is doing any washing up .I've tested it with a glass of water :)
My son is going to fit a new sink and worktop for us ....but ..
he's full of good intentions but we may have to wait a while ....
In the meantime is there some sort of waterproof tape that I can buy to shore up this gap pro tem.

Afternoon all, up late (10am) then we went to Ibiza town for brekkie and shopping (they are opening another shop nearer to us at the end of the month!) Bought lots of fruit, which is what I feel like eating, and yes Bananas as they are medicinal.

Oooh, that looks lovely shaney, that would clear my head. It's a full moon today so maybe we'll feel better & be turning cartwheels in a day or two.

I wish they'd make up their minds about bananas...they used to say (some still do) they were hard to digest but often they say they're good for digestive problems.

My brother can't eat bananas these days .Strange really how different things upset your tum .I used to iron insides ,they're more like jelly these days .

too hot for cartwheels here. i was going to mow the lawn but went out in the garden and came over all unnecessary so I have got my coolest clothes on (cotton pyjamas) and am lolling in front of a fan.

Hi all. Yes it was lovely chat and guided tour of the estate!
I've been and done some shopping from Sainsbury to last me til Monday cos I'm off to York til Friday. That came up in predictive as fridge - I hope it's not that cold.

I have just chatted to Moktar on amazon as I could not clear my basket and was worried that one click by mistake and I'd end up with yet more bedding. He was very clever and cleared it. What a relief!!
