James is pulling Louis Smith's leg and he is bravely trying some fairly strange new (for him) foods. Poor soul even got food hell (squid) instead of food heaven (chicken) and then James showed him the beautifully cooked chicken and whisked it away again and made him eat the squid. What a nice young man!

"Hands knees and bumpsy daisy"......
How this thread got to be so out of sync I'll never know.

Afternoon all, dull and chilly here, the garden's soggy so I couldn't do anything even if I had the energy. Rubbish night's sleep, if my body ran around as fast as my thoughts I'd be dynamic.

I thought you were back home too jno. Take it easy in the warmth.
Another perfect day here, not a cloud in the sky and very warm. Spent some of the day going round the Easter sales. I took great pleasure in wandering through one shop’s 6XL department, it’s always nice to see clothes that are way too big for me.
Good morning, Happy Easter.
Glad things seem to be going ok jno.
Hija had her birthday/leaving party last night in some club. She'll be here this time next week if only for 3 days, before she flies off to Marbella for thr summer.
Biggest supermarket ran out of Choc eggs yesterday, I usually buy them in advance but seemed silly, now I wish I had. Anyway got some at an extortionate price in English shop but have to have them. Didnt bother with hot cross buns as they all had the Cross missing so basically tea cakes!!
Afternoon all and Happy Easter from me too. Nothing happy about the weather though, it's cold and gloomy. There's a strange noise in the distance, somebody's either letting fireworks off or having an explosive egg hunt.
I've eaten so much chocolate this winter I'm a bit fed up of it. Right now I'd love some English strawberries ...ok, maybe dipped in chocolate.

Casualty was sad last night neti. :(

Afternoon all
Happy Easter . Not very springlike though. Good Friday it rained all day and yesterday wasn't much better. Very chilly and gloomy today. Easter bunnies are probably huddled up warm somewhere if they have any sense.I eat very little chocolate these days:(
Looking forward to our roast lamb dinner later though.
Hope you're all ok .
Oh yes I cried, what is happening me? Not too much of Ethan but all glimpses totally appreciated!
After 4 years I have finally worked out how to get Sky tv in my kitchen as well as hija's room, so today Mr N has been drilling holes and lo and behold (ooops wrong festival) we have run hidden coaxial cables through the house. He would have to "help" and shout when I am perfectly capable doing all this on my own. All shops said it wasnt possible without "boxes" I just knew it was so googled and yes, and just to be sure I asked a mate in UK who agreed. Am so happy as I like it in kitchen.
We just popped into burger king in Ibiza for lunch as thats all I fancied. Now scoffing creme eggs and yes I feek sick!
Robi we have delicious strawberries from Huelva, but only have them dipped in sugar. Actually mexico said I should not be eating strawbs, prawns or tomatoes but hey come on, a girl (ahem) has to live!
I have been known to dip strawbs in the sugar bowl :) Why no red foods neti, will you turn pink like a flamingo? I've heard of avoiding them for 'itises but does a little really do any harm I wonder. Same as the dos and don'ts of ibs, the surgeon who did my oscopy said not to worry too much, just avoid really rough stuff like doormats and lightbulbs. All the same, I am quite a picky eater nowadays.

wonders if neti's wired their leccy to next door's meter
Haha Robi i bypass the neighbours completely.
Just had strawbs and squirty cream. Yes avoiding those foods is for one or other of my itises but of I dont avoid, i indulge! Blood tests results on Friday so Ill act all surprised when all are at danger levels!

Im bumping unnecessarily!
Oh, is it Easter in some remote regions of the world? I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and it isn’t snowing or anything. I will be back home at the weekend and want everything bright and warm but we’ll have to get our gas supply sorted first.
Afternoon all...actually we did have a light covering of snow first thing but the rain washed it away. When I rang the Tarquins at lunchtime they were white over up in't them thar hills. It's absolute crip.

I'm listening to Bryan Adams on R2, he's playing some great music, Moody Blues, King Crimson, Genesis etc

I'm going through a weird psychic phase, must be the moon, so if there's anything you want to know..... :)

Ooooh, Wonderous Stories.....lovely
Afternoon all
Well what a washout Easter has been. It's sloshing down again. Will it ever stop and it's bloomin' cold too.Fed up,fed up.
Perhaps Mystic Meg can tell me when it's going to stop :)
Please bring some warm dry weather home with you Jno.
