Anyone know if this reality show will be back on Ch 5? I know I'm sad, but cannot get BBC or ITV so have to rely on Ch 5, and I do get so engrossed and enraged, really get carried away with it all.

hello all, feeling slightly strange today, I think its lack of sleep and low blood sugar. It feels like deja vu except it was like doing things you remember from a dream....very odd. The feeling lasted for about an hour...I wasn't even doing anything interesting, just tidying up.
Rab is fine again and eating okay very tired. Shughy has been very smelly today so I expect they ate something in the forest yesterday morning.
I have never been a dancer but when i saw Alex do her last waltz and she moved with James without touching him I was sooooo jealous. I am amazed that none of the judges mentioned it, it was so amazing and perfect.
here at about 35 to 38 seconds

Just had a (wine induced) nap. That is lovely woofy, I thought she was excellent and should have won, but I gave up watching it a couple of weeks ago, as I get it later and then I already know the results.
I'd never watched SCD until about halfway through this series. I love to watch the professionals and the dresses are stunning but some of the less elegant celebs get on my nerves, they pad it all out a bit too much.

I get that feeling woofy, often if I'm very tired or worried or depressed. As you say it just descends and I have to work hard to shake it off or it goes on for days and drags me down.

Right I'm off to tidy up and settle down. There's a drama on itv at 7... 'Just Henry', set in post WWII, written by Michelle Magorian who wrote Goodnight Mr Tom, I'll give a whirl...And when it finishes at 9 it's the lovely Prof Brian Cox's Night with the Stars on BBC2....mmm....

...and a multi pack of flakes.

:o)
Well I was going to shampoo the carpet today but as I was so whacked and Rab needed his kip, I spot cleaned it planning to shampoo tomorrow.....just as well as Shughy has just lost his dinner in two halves and is now lying on the couch looking sad.
Thank you Robi that is reassuring. Tired sad and worried just about summed it up. I had some hot sweet tea and that helped. I think we'll all have a lie in tomorrow, get the rug clean and bake some christmas cookies. Ive got a collection of sparkly sugar things to put on them and dried cherries, crystallised ginger, cranberries, spices and chocolate to go in them. I will also do some dog ones flavoured with processed oven dried turkey thigh. I can't do cheese which is the usual dog flavouring as Shughy is allergic.
I am watching a video'd Lewis. Simon Callow is in it....such a clever actor.
That's lovely Woofy ....beautiful dress .
I have to admit I've never watched Strictly .I can't stand all the screaming and yelling on these sort of shows and the meaningless chit chat .If they just had the dancing I'd probably watch it :)
I'm going to watch that Henmry thing Robinia but then I'm going to watch Young James Heriot .Though I wonder whether it will as good as it was with dear old Robert Hardy as Siegfried Farnon.

Woofy, I get this ...glugging Golden Syrup out of the bottle is the cure :)
shaney, yes, B said she spent the Strickly evening doing a lot of whooping and hollering on demand, from ehr seat in Row 5. I don't much enjoy watching/listening to that sort of thing (and certainly wouldn't enjoy doing it).
Shaney, I should have thought of that, I am a maple syrup fan myself, either that or condensed milk. I love to video stuff like strictly as you can fast forward through the hollering bits. Both dogs are sound asleep so i am hoping for a quiet night. Joanna Lumley is in the Lewis as an ageing rock star. I love the way she lets the lines and wrinkles show.

Oooooh Brian Cox and I thought he was just mine. He is my nephew's tutor sometimes at Mcr uni, they tease him and call him George Formby cos of his accent, lovely gorgeous hunk!
Finally settled in bed, dogs very sleepy and no more being ill so hopefully a quiet night. I could do with one. Sleep well all
Just Henry was good .Schmaltzy tear jerker but I enjoyed it .I'm sure the chap who played Bill was that detective in Life on Mars and ATA.
James Herriot was about his younger days training to be a vet . So no Tristram and Siegrfried. But it was entertaining .
I really must read the gumf in the teevee book properly .
Yes I've seen that Lewis Woofy . She was very good in it .They're all good .I love Laurence Fox.
Goodnight all .Have a peaceful one .
I see Sqad's having a triple bypass this week. Sounds a big deal, but he says not.

oight oight all.
yes Shaney, he was one of the policemen in Life on Mars. quiet night here, dogs woke up starving which isn't surprising, so breakfast and back to bed.

Morning everyone, poor sqad, that's no joke is it. Still no news re my Bil so guess he hasn't had his leg amputated yet.

Busy day today, have to drive out of town to the Renault garage and get a new bulb for the headlight, as Mr N hasn't time, grrr, they'll make me wait for ages.
morning all, dogs fine, me fine, just need to make carpet fine!

Oh woofy I know the feeling, Mousey (cat) seems to pee at night wherever she is, ie my bed or an armchair and it stinks, so now have washed the armchair cover and replaced it with a towel and washed the bed cover. There's no stopping her sleeping where she does so I'll have to put up with it I guess. She's too old to change her ways and it may be her age that is causing it.

Been to garage, played the helpless old lady bit and they did it there and then, usually one has to return at 1pm but that means I have to walk miles into the village abd back as there are no buses, and it is such a main road with no pavement or anywhere to walk, so it means dodging the ditches and hoping that oncoming cars are blinded by the sun. Yay, rubbish has been emptied by me, and now off to village for a coffee,. It is rather warm today.
Morning all...very frozen here but dark and dismal so it doesn't look seasonal.

I enjoyed Henry too but it wasn't quite Mr Tom, I've watched that several times.
And I thoroughly enjoyed the Prof... <drifts away>....I can't say I understood a lot of it but who cares? Funny thing is, people go on about his strong northern accent but to me it's heavenly music... :o) His only fault I suppose is his obvious non belief in anything 'hippy' or 'woo woo' as he calls it...but, in my life at least, things happen that are definitely woo woo.

My uncle had a double (I think) bypass & he's older than squad, very quick, straightforward and back to walking up and down the hills where he lives in no time. I wish him well...but I'm not a convert :o)

Big day for Jude...Merry Christmas, enjoy your day!
