I'm probably being a really dumb biddy but I don't do much on-line shopping!
Next are offering free delivery but where do you put the code? As you 'add to bag' it makes out your order but I don't see a space for special codes and the total adds on the delivery charge.
Hope this makes sense, I'm losing the plot today. Thanks.

What a lovely little girl Lottie. I have hardly any pictures of me like that. I remember the school tunics. We had to wear them with different coloured sashes. Mine was purple signifying Babbington, a local person who I should know who he/she was but have no idea. I know there's a Babbington Lane in Derby so I must look it up.

Sons are like buses. You don't see one for ages then they both come at once. Still, not complaining I've seen both of them this weekend which I am very happy about. My youngest came with his new girlfriend who is friendly and talkative. My only concern is that they both smoke. (my son starting again after packing up for 20 years.) I did say I thought you would have made a NY resolution to pack up but no chance and a look came my way which said if you keep on I definitely wont!!

Hope all Mr S's medical scans and tests go well this coming week Shaney and anyone elses aches and pains etc are abating. MIne seemed to have, so I reckon I had some sort of virus. I still have a bit of a cough but I keep sucking cough sweets to ease if off. I hate taking pills and potions.

Aww now that is a sweet girl, Lottie, so much life in her eyes, thanks for sharing. I remember those horses, though not "bus-horses" over here and in my days, just one seat. Jude your son is an idiot, you are right to object. Won't help though will it... but he's still an idiot;-)

Morning all...been a colder grey start but there's blue sky on the horizon.

Kit I think I need about 4 different pairs of specs, the one pair I have are (well, were) just for distance but now I'm constantly putting them on & off for various reasons. And if I put them down & 'lose' them once more I will self combust. How tired I am has a bearing on how well I see (very, very tired today) as does the daylight level which has been very poor lately.
Unfortunately I CAN see all the pics of feet!! :o)

Lovely pics Lottie & neti (I remember those horses, very uncomfortable!). We didn't have a school uniform until we were 11, so it was starched cotton frocks in the summer...and 20 layers in the winter. I've already posted my 1st school photo some time ago, the girls were given a doll to hold, so nothing scholarly, haha, (these days a baby doll is probably part of the corriculum). Not sure what the boys were given as a prop but the one who sat behind me in class frequently found something interesting to hold. That was educational in itself for me :o)
