Electricity In Dubai?

Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

Hope the rest of you are in fine fettle.
Sunny but extremely windy here, everything is blowing everywhere with big bangs and thumps. There was a fire last evening in a garage not far from here, ,things were exploding and even the fire planes came out but it was out pretty soon.
Am going to Ibiza town tomorrow morning to treat myself to one or two pairs of shoes. Mr N is taking me, as I think 2 buses and a long return walk will tax me!

Mr N took me to ibiza and I bought the two pairs of shoes that i wanted. Asked for one pair in white and no senora not in white, so I looked there they were, so well pleased. . Also found some yellow plant pots ( don't ask!). They came in a 2 set lot of blue and yellow, I do not want blue so we swapped them over, no one noticed.
Back home and feel a bit tired so am having a cuppa.

It's glorious here.Just nice ,more of the same please until about the middle of October.I made it to Morrisons.Oh, it was lovely to have a look round and buy a few bits .Mr S goes for things but only what's on zee list and if he can't see it we don't get it. So it's steak tonight at Shaneytowers with a nice passion fruit tart for dessert.

oh steak and passion fruit just when Im getting my appetite back, I'll be round! I've lost half a stone, and want to keep it that way.
Hija has left her job, they told her she had to work 7-13.30 and back 18-1.30 6 days a week until July, she said she wasn't doing that and they said she didn't have a choice that's why they pay such a lot, she walked out, I am secretly relieved as I hated her driving home at 2am and again at 6.30am. Hopefully she'll find a job nearer to home as I want my car back!

Morning, it's very fresh and windy. Yesterday warmed up just comfortably and I did some Dimmocking even though I felt grotty. My insides turned livid so no sleep. Don't know if it's just an attack or a bug.
They're tough hours to keep up with over time neti, I hope she finds something else.

It was very humid and unpleasant and out of nowhere we kept getting rumbles of thunder so the dogs spent the day on high alert. Today they are very tired and enjoying recreational sleep. Blimey ,what a drop in temps.Really chilly here today.Real feel of 7C according to Accu.Nothing doing today ,all that activity yesterday has made me a tired bunny and not lively either,in fact I dozed off on the sofa for a hour after lunch.Better rattle some pans now though.

I feel I've slipped back a bit, am so tired, no appetite, back in bed at 19.42 my time!
The job was for an rent a car office at the airport and she really doesn't want to drive there and back in the crawling summer traffic, but we'll see how it goes.
